I'm with you there, Larry. Much as I like the New Mini, I'm in the
market right now for an original shell - doesn't even have to be a
Cooper S - so I can drop my spare 1275 drivetrain into it and use it for
a street car. It's already punched .040 over with 12:1 Omega flattop
pistons and reinforced main caps. All it needs is a home.
