In a Formula Vee, the transaxle is right side up, but facing backwards. You have to flip the ring gear & diff carrier.

You might try Pierce Manifolds at (408) 842-6667. They should have generic linkage rods that are at least intended for use with Webers. No telling if they have a TR4 specific setup.
