    Justin, Stand tall in the wind of injustice and report her. If you don't
it will only make the situation worse for the rest of the citizens of your
state. If motorists can count on you doing and saying nothing they will have
no incentive to maintain insurance on their cars.
    In Louisiana over 50% of the cars on the road have no insurance. Because
of lack on enforcement. (We are trying to change this) Because of this our
Liability rates are astronomical compared to the rest of the US. I was just
quoted $400 for insurance for my TR-6 (6000 agreed value, 2500 mile limit on
mileage, 1 ticket in the last 5 years, no DWIs or accidents) from one the
major classic car insurance companies. I've seen quotes of 200-300 from
others on the list.
    Good luck in what ever you decide to do. I hope you get your car back
the way it was.
