Keep in mind that not everyone is a closet internet junkie or speaks
fluent html for after dinner conversation.  I've done business with Rallye
in the past and they have always gone above and beyond the call of duty in
helping me get the right parts in a timely fashion.  

They may not be as up to speed as you would like in this internet age.
Easy solution, pick up the phone and call them.
