Now, that's just what I heard a couple of years ago (when the food markedly
improved).
Considering the Capitol Plaza was built on the Expocentre grounds, it seems
to make sense that it have something to do with Expocentre catering.
But Yeah, Service America "owns" Heartland Park. They've even taken over the
former Wendy's shack in the paddock. I understand a case of pop goes for $30
when they cater it to one of the drag tower suites. Hmmmm. $8 for the pop,
$1 for the ice, $21 for the, uh, what? Maybe that's the vigorish.
