Brian---Surprisingly, the larger KOYO bearing's diameter did not require
more pressure to disengage the clutch than the stock bearing. I thought
it would, also, but bench testing the pressure for clutch release was
the same for both! (280 lb.)
I'm not happy that this larger diameter places the nose of the Koyo
bearing down on the 'ramp' of the (blue dot) B&B diaphragm fingers.
Contact here is marginal, and may be at least part of the cause of the
squealing, during initial depression of the clutch pedal.
Many of us are trying a handle on this.
