To all:
The Hoosier radial has been deemed unacceptable by CSRG since its
introduction, but the Street TD's (the bias ply tires) were OK, as were the
Vintage TD's. Personally, I tried the street TD's once and didn't like them.
In fairness though, my car was set up for radials and I didn't change the
negative camber that the bias plies don't really like. Some guys run Street
TD's and love them. But, I don't think they're any faster or more sticky
that some other acceptable tires, like Toyos, Bridgestones, Yokohamas, or BFG
TA R1s (not G-Force). So, I can't figure out what all the fuss is about
Street TDs???
REgards,
Myles
