CVAR outlawed the Street TD radial because most other groups had done the 
same and they were too sticky/didn't last long vs. other tires (unfair 
advantage). Are not planning on bringing them back, but could happen 
depending on availability of other brands/models. The Hoosier bias-plies are 
OK.
