We ran a share vintage race this week end and I was amazed to find out
that VSCCA does not have a compulsory roll bar rule.
Although every driver had a bar, we noticed several driver's head over
the roll bar, we notified the drivers involved only to find out that a
roll bar was not mandatory.
4 or 5 years ago we had a vintage driver flip with a pre-war car. He had
to go to the hospital but fortunately he got away with a stiff neck and
pains in his back.
Is that current practice in vintage racing?
