as I understand it welding up the unibody seams is one of those things that is
very easy to do but is contrary to vintage rules and spirit, no one would
probably ever know, you do have to remember that by doing this you might
accidentally concentrate a lot of forces into one place and cause a real
failure over time........
look at your clubs rules on roll bars and cages and put your efforts there, at
least all the stiffening would come in the name of safety and not perfomance
enhancement.............
