One thing that no one has mentioned during this winterizing thread and that
is not leaving the hand brake engaged during those long winter months.
Those brake shoes are know to get very chummy to the drums over a five month
period. Better to either chock one wheel with small pieces of 2 X 4 or just
leave it in gear.
