You're confusing the directional thing. North of the Equator, electrons move
clockwise. South, they move counterclockwise.
The relationship between English and US amps is tied to the exchange rate of
the
two currencies. 1 UK Pound is about $1.70, give or take a penny. As you can
see,
this correlates fairly well with the chart below.
As to size, I believe it was Nikola Tesla who proved that all electrons are the
same size, except for the big ones.
