The engine comes out easily, but can be a bear installing, unless the
transmission angle and engine angle are just right. The engine has to be
raised and tilted at the same time, progressively, and quickness depends
upon doing it correctly. But, it's quite surprising how little must be
removed. One small harness for coil power, choke and generator wiring,
the throttle cable, fuel line and four nuts retaining the engine to the
transmission.

Bus engines require a bit more work, because there is a crossmember at
the rear of the engine which has to be unbolted from the chassis, and if
the bus is at floor level, the bumper must be removed so the engine can
come straight back. Last time I pulled an engine in a bus in a hurry, by
myself, it was nine minutes. Slow, slow, slow....

Cheers.
