Hi all. Thanks for the help. Once again I am in awe of the collective
knowledge here.
When I loosened the bleeder screw on the locking caliper I was able to
rotate the tire. I am able to reproduce the lock-up and release via the
bleeder, so it looks like it is the flex line that is causing the problem.
Now I just have to find two of them locally.
