Hi Brian,

I run Bosch Platinum #WR7BPs gapped .035 with a Sports coil. They've
been as close to an install-em-and-forget-em plug as I've ever seen.

Color behind the grille: Flat black. Mine's a '63, Signal Red.

Rocker Shaft Diameter: .6235" on the original shaft. When I put in a new
shaft, it was a real chore to get the pedestals off of the old one. I
think the bores in the pedestals shrank from being torqued on & off over
the years. I reamed them to .6250 when I put it back together. Before
you put the rocker assembly together, try the lockscrew in its hole in
the shaft. The threads in mine were tapped undersize. The threads are an
odd size: 1/4-24. As luck would have it, somebody in the shop at work
had an old 1/4-24 tap. My shaft came from Moss, but heaven knows where
they got it.

Cheers,

Pete Fullam
