     I would suggest that on a first time transaction that the seller
establish the shipping cost and the agreed pricenotify the buyer of the bottom
line cost, wait for the money, and then ship the merchandise.  If  the
transaction is confirmed, all other transaction should be based on trust.
Never had aproblem .  You are dealing with a list of  fellow devotees in LBC
prolifigation and they are, in my experience, above reproach.FWIW
