Yeah, last night I looked in my ªSpitfire/GT6 Guide to Originality,ª and saw a 
Mk IV/1500 floorboard with the wiring in the channel, no padding from below.  
Pretty much what I figured, but wanted to be sure before I seal it all up for a 
while ...

Speaking of which, for long term healthy floorpans, can I say ªPOR-15ª?  Sure.  
I knew that I could.
