rattling TR doors

I've finally developed an intolerance to my TR4's rattling doors.
Both doors make a terrible racket on bumpy roads. I've had a
look inside but can't figure out what's making the noise.
The rattle seems to come from the the top of the door at the
rear where the lock is. Has anyone else had this problem?
And more to the point has anyone fixed it?
