I'm almost as far away from Maryland as you are, but I wanted to comment 
that I get nothing but good vibes from this ad.
I'm a heavy buyer and seller on ebay (slightlyclassics, 510 feedbacks) 
and am fairly used to looking at things in a skeptical fashion.
