Joe, Mike is in Bedfordshire (a bit north of London) in England, not
Arizona. It rains a bit more around there! Inadequately maintained cars
that nevertheless have a sound body are pretty much non-existant in these
parts, the body is always the first thing to go. The only such cars you do
see are ones that have been re-imported from the Southern USA, and those
cost a few pennies (as well as being LHD).
