Duh!

Come on, get real.....

The cylinder was installed wrong.  The whole thing is 180 degrees off.  The 2 
bolts holding the slave assembly to the bell housing must be re-installed 
right way.

Get a speedbleeder for bleeding ease.... (www.speedbleeder.com)

Better check your disk brake calipers for same problem.
