I know I may be a heretic, but does anyone know of aftermarket seats that
can be purchased with a bracket that can be fitted to the Spitfire bolt
pattern? They wouldn't be original, of course, but they sure might look and
feel great!
When I had my '77 1500 (back in '77), I toyed with the idea of buying Recaro
seats with the speakers in the headrests (a new idea back then). At the
time, they advertised brackets for Spitfires. Today, of course, they don't
advertise brackets for any Triumph. So my gut feel is that there is no "off
the shelf" solution. Anybody know of anything different?
