It's a misfire in the first 1000 revs after start.  If you've got a
good scanner, there's usually more data stored, which can tell you
what's at fault.  Plugs and wires are a good place to start.

Another cause of misfires on these engines is the crank angle sensor.
Usually see P0300 (random misfire) for those, as well as 315 (where
the heck is the crank at?).  when that happens.
