Shows on page A-2 that the input current for 230vac is 65A using AC TIG or 
53 A using stick or DC TIG.

Your 125A breaker is serious overkill for that machine, it looks like to 
me.  Not that that's a bad thing of course.

The different machines matter here... For instance, my 175 Lincoln SP-Plus 
is only rated for 21A input current...

Certainly if the original poster wants his machine to work at its highest 
capacity, he needs to determine the input power requirements and size his 
breaker/wiring/outlet to carry at least that much amperage.
