Don't laugh - I used Lotus123 - spreadsheets have lines, oultines,
circles [which can be distorted to ellipses], etc, etc - vary the column
width and row height to get scale size. There is a bit of a self-taught
learning curve but not nearly as much as with any mini-CAD program. You
don't exactly have mini-images of machine tools, or motorcyles or even
toilets - and I haven't tried 3D yet! - but otherwise the the only limit
is your imagination.
