Thanks for the exact RPM for 2550 ft/min. 4130 seems a small %
different from 4000 though. Carl Cedarstrand, in his booklet about gear
exchanges, that some XPAG engines driven at high RPM over long distances
experienced premature wear. Is this still a consideration with bearings
and the oils available today?
