Just got my wife's '70 1600 back from the body shop where it got some
cosmetic work and a new coat of paint. It looks great but the lights have
gone berserk.
Here is what happens:
Pull the headlight switch out one notch - nothing lights.
Pull the headlight switch out all the way - headlights only (on high beam)
no marker lights, no parking lights, no tail lights.
Headlight switch off:
Left turn signal switch - Left front turn signal blinks OK, both left rear
tail lights blink.
Right turn signal switch - Right front turn signal blinks OK, both right
rear tail lights blink. However the headlight relay clicks.
Headlight switch out one notch - same as above.
Headlight switch out all the way - Turn signals act as above but the
headlights alternate between high and low beam in unison with the turn
signals.
Any ideas where I should start looking?
