Hmm, wait until Mike Harper comments on this one! <grin>.

Someone, not I, added a NOISY electric fuel pump back by
the gas tank. Mounted it under the car, but solid to the
sheet metal. It is LOUD!

Mazda used some nice little rubber "isolation mounts" on
the rotary engined vehicles when mounting a fuel pump.
Always meant to snag a couple from a pick-n-pull yard to
install back there.
