That's absolutely true. And I figured this was either a club or an
individual who had done that, gotten a discounted price for a quantity
of pads, and was now trying to sell them. This would be fine and I would
probably have purchased from him had that been the case. But this is
apparently a person using someone else's image to generate money for
themselves, which is where I have a problem. At one time I was
considering offering custom coffee mugs and mousepads with people's own
cars on them, but decided it was so easy to get this locally in most
areas that it wasn't worth bothering with. I later considered offering
shirts, mousepads, and mugs with images of famous cars, or even images
from historic sources such as the image this person used, but unless
that is done with Nissan's blessings, it is theft, which was my point.
