Hi gang-

About ready to pull the timing cover off my '69 U20 for a look-
see... and I find there's STUDS at the head and oil pan.

Dagnabbit! Where's that thoughtful L-series design philosophy?
:-) I want to leave the head torqued down, and I don't want to
remove the pan...

Anywhoo - can I double-nut those studs and pull 'em out, or are
they cast into the timing cover or something similarly evil?

TIA
Kyle
