You'd be better off getting some contact cement in a can or jar, not the spray
on stuff.  You don't have enough control over the spry pattern.  If you get a
can of the stuff, you can use a throw away brush and brush it on the door
and the weatherstripping.  Let it set for about 3 to 5 min. and stick the
weatherstripping on.
