I believe in this Coke theory. Yesterday, I did not start the Coke consumption
until way too late in the process. Before that, I started to drink Pepsi,
because the Coke I had bought for my runs was too cold (next time, I'm planning
ahead). The results speak for themselves: three spins, AGAIN!

You drink one Coke before your runs, and then take sips during your run group
to maintain the sugar and caffein flow into the bloodstream. If you start too
soon, you will CRASH. It must be timed perfectly. Bottles work best, though
that's only a preference.

This has been scientifically proven MANY TIMES. As Darren Maddams about his
research.

I also recommend NOT drinking any Coke during the week, UNTIL you are at the
autocross. Truthfully, caffein and sugar are REALLY BAD FOR YOU. It's your
body's response against these poisons that really help your autocross runs.
