I've just looked and Lotuses as a specific manufacturer in A Prepared
are only listed to include the Elan, Europa, 7A, and Super 7s. Then at
the bottom of the page, in a paragraph about cars listed in other
Prepared categories, the books says..."NOC (Not Otherwise Classified)
cars can only use Section 15 of the Solo II rules for preparation
allowances." Then it goes on to discuss track allowances.
Following that is a section on Turbo- and super-charged cars.
So it maybe NOC could cover all Lotuses, even a Panoz, although I don't
see any wording that would allow that. Anybody see something I'm missing?
