Slippage in the magic part-time transfer case.  Normal, a little hard on
steering parts.

Don't do this.  Full-time locks the center diff, and you're fighting the
turn difference between front and rear.  Something will break eventually,
probably sooner than later.

??  If you mean 4-Full-Time-Low, same issue as above.  I've never heard of
dual-range part-time drive.

Basically, stay out of full-time 4wd unless you're off-pavement.
Part-time should be ok.
