Sounds to me like this could be just the thing we "need" if we wanted to
have stock & SP class vehicles running on true street tires...
It always seemed pretty dodgy to me that folks made DOT approved tires
that they recommended weren't used on the street.
Another option, if this legislation passed and we didn't want to give up
grip, would be to drop the DOT requirement for stock and SP classes.
