Dream car. Hmmm. $80m budget. Hmmm.

we take an early 911 chassis, put in a flat-12 motor from a 917 in the rear 
seat, add an electronic sequential shifting gearbox geared to top out at 85 
MPH. 

Then hope you could get it classed in FP.
