We see these a lot in S. Calif. a lot.  Mainly for use with the off road 4
wheel type quad runners.  Try looking under RV quad runners etc.  You might
find a trailer supplier.  The Corona and Riverside trailer lots have them
in stock.  I know the Marunis's (sp) had one for their RX-7 in 1999. Three
axles and I was behind them when they blew a tires on the way to Nationals.
 I think they towed it with a Ford one Ton P/U.
