I bet your fuel pump is not working, though it works when you operate it by
hand. Disconnect the fule line from the carb, put it into a clear platsic
coke bottle, then crank your engine. If it doesn't start filling up, then
your fuel pump is bad. You could also gravity feed to car to see if it is in
fact the carbs, but I would say, 9 out of ten times, the symptoms you
siscribe can be attributed to bad fuel pump. Lou
