If you have the time (an hour ?) why not remove the rear wheels, back off the
adjuster and see if you can tap the drums off. Who knows what is going on in
there until you look ?

I'm in the process of buying a TR6 that has been kept indoors but has
not been moved in over 10 years.   The rear brakes appear to be frozen
to the drums.  What are the steps and methods to follow to unfreeze
these so I can at least tow it home?
