Kevin, you have no problem!!!! we have ALL been there & done that. I have a 215 bell & lower cover,215 fly wheel clutch, P.P & ford rebuilt V-8 T-5 sp. with a drive shaft that needs to be cut to fit.

Dave don't even think of more than .020, the walls are very thin. Ck. the piston to cyl. clearance, it should be no more than.003 if its more you can get it power honed the .010.it needs to true up.

Jim, Are we having fun yet!!! Jim dont use spacers (motor to bell) I would look at how much I can grind off the end of the crank that hold pilot bush. I think the bush sits .200 tho. inside the crank
