Joe, having restored an SA and several T cars that have the same basic design of the steering and front end, I'd say it isn't feasable but of course anything can be done given enough time and money.

Folks in CA, this bill (AB2683) has passed the assembly and looks like it will pass the Senate shortly unless we get busy and lobby our Senators. The rolling 30 year smog exemption will be eliminated

Yes, Ray unfortunately passed away very suddenly while undergoing a fairly simple procedure at his own hospital....some years ago. I even called the hospital in Vermont to find out what had happened.
