 I want to run no advance at all, either mechanical or vacuum - and my fear
is that starting will be a real bear.  I run about 38 deg btdc timing, and
that's a lot to expect the engine to start with, but Carroll Smith claims it
works just fine.  I'm just reluctant to believe him...
