Hi Randall
Right on! Common sense must prevail. TRF is very responsive, and issues must
be resolved with them before broaching on lists like this one. This topic also
pursued on 6Pack.

I don't believe Charles reads email directly; too new-fangled I suspect.

However, mail sent to the address on their web site, trfmail@aol.com does
seem to reach the appropriate person. And really, you want to talk to John
or Dave rather than Charles.

I sent an email just last week about a part missing from a shipment; got a
reply from John within 24 hours, and a replacement part in a few days. And
he didn't even ask me why I needed two Spitfire exhaust gaskets <G>

OK, so now there's Jack Mc and I who had both Brembo alloy drums scratched
by the idiot (not us) who initially opened the box. Anyone else have this
problem? If so, I'd like to bring it to Charles' attention. I was lucky in
that both scratches are completely covered by my wheel. But still......how
hard is it to open a box?

Oh yea...anyone know Charles' email address?
