Bolts holding TR3 Rad !!!!

Would someone please wave their magic wand and tell me the easy way to get
those two darn bolts out holding the Rad it's self in place on a TR3.

I have the "Skid" pan out, but can not fit a wrench in there other than a
1/16 of an inch movement at a time if I'm lucky.

I can get a socket in there but not the ratchet extention due to the lower
frame lip, nor does a Universal fit.
