Wait a minute . . . . Since the Spitfire's rear
uprights are connected to the rear wheels by some
pretty inflexible parts (wheel bearings, axle, hub,
studs, etc.), upright angle and wheel angle will have
a 1:1 correlation with each other. That's "directly
related" to me.
Tilt the upright in (or out) at the top, the wheel
tilts in (or out) proportionally, and vice versa.
Tilting of the wheel in (or out) at the top is the
definition of camber, so what did you mean?
