I suggest that there is a temperature component to tire life. Tire=
s used as little as Max=E2=80=99s have been would, it seems to me, be OK at p=
resent age if they had been stored in a refrigerator. =20
My observation of tires on MGB and truck when I moved to CT from FL=
is that the tires did not appear to age as quickly in CT. I did=E2=80=94t=
ires didn=E2=80=99t. When replaced at 12 years, though, the difference in c=
ornering grip was notable.=20
