Monte, In my humble opinion: If you're changing the slaves and brake lines, there's no need to remove the brake fluid from the reservoir...just bleed after you're done. The reservoir is sealed in fluid and nothing moves unless you push the pedal. If you're changing the masters, then you have to drain the reservoirs.
