Steve,
That makes sense that it would slow down the draining. I just looked in the
shop and I have a MitiVac instead of an EzyBleed. So you think I replace
everything with the cellophane on, then remove cellophane and let the
MitiVAc do its thing?

screwed down on top of it.  It works pretty well.
