Torque Spec Needed...

All,

I'm getting ready to put my TD back together after pulling the core plugs 
and flushing out the system and I can't find the torque spec I'd written 
down for the bolts that hold the manifold/air intake clamps.  I seem to 
recall it was 16-19lbs.  Is this correct?
