Having reconsidered this statement. PA 2068 in July would, probably, have
been in Chassis form. The earlier PA numbered chassis were definitely in
assemble Car form.
I still stand by the statement that PB 0251 was PA 2068 in chassis form at
least.
Here we go again. Trying to define when a model is a model. Let's not go
there.
